Mango Sorbet recipe below 🥭✨ This is the easiest and most refreshing summertime treat! You can make this with fresh or frozen mango, it’s really up to you! I went with frozen to make the process much quicker and it tastes just as delicious:) Give this a try, you guys are going to love it! Ingredients: -4 cups of frozen mango -1/4 cup lime juice -1/4 cup honey or agave Instructions: 1. Cut open and slice mangos. Scoop out the insides and save the peels for the sorbet. 2. At this point you can freeze the scooped out mango for a few hours to make the sorbet or use a bag of pre-frozen mango. I used store bought and saved the rest of my fresh mango for later. 3. Squeeze your limes. Add the frozen mango, lime juice and agave or honey to your food processor or blender. Blend until a soft serve consistency is created. 4. Scoop the sorbet into each mango peel and smooth it down. Serve immediately or freeze for a few hours for a harder texture.
