What does 'taking care of your mental health' actually mean? Well, mental health is so important and can affect how we think, feel and act, and is just as important as our physical health! Taking care of our minds means prioritizing relaxation, peace and joy. It means doing things we enjoy and spending time with people that love and care about us. It also means setting boundaries and doing what is best for ourselves, even when it is hard! If taking care of your mental health is something that you struggle with give us a call at 561-483-5300.

Today, we came together for our annual Butterfly Release at the Faulk Center for Counseling, a meaningful afternoon of remembrance, healing, hope, and community during Mental Health Awareness Month.
Thank you to Mayor Andy Thomson and the City of Boca Raton, FL Government for your continued support and for helping us Get Your Green On in support of mental health awareness. Thank you to our incredible sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, board members, and supporters who made this event possible. We are especially grateful to the Rotary Club Downtown Boca Raton and all of our community partners, NAMI Palm Beach County, Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services, American Association of Caregiving Youth, who continue to stand beside us in this important work.
The butterfly is a symbol of resilience, transformation, and hope. Today was a reminder that healing happens when a community comes together to support one another.
Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, donated, volunteered, and helped make this special afternoon possible.
