I would hear, don’t you have anyone to help you?

No, I don’t. Even though my son is now 18, I cannot go away and leave him in charge. The reality is, many of you are caregiving around the clock with little to no help. That’s exactly why I’m creating healing and wellness support through my YouTube channel and virtual offerings so you can receive care on your schedule, in your own space.

You can show up when you can.

There were days I didn’t think I’d make it through my son’s struggles. They were big and I handled them alone. I kept some situations private to spare the judgment.

But these 3 things carried me when everything felt heavy:

✨ Meditation
Learning to ground myself and still find a moment of peace. Even if it was just a few minutes to breathe and come back to myself.

✨ Energy healing
I stopped pouring from an empty cup. I learned how to fill myself back up. You don’t need to be certified, but it helps. Just place your hands on your body, imagine light in your palms, and allow yourself to receive. Your body knows what to do.

✨ Walking
Just move your body. One step at a time. When everything felt stuck, walking and talking to myself helped shift my energy and clear my mind.

I’m not aligned every day. I’m not okay every day.
But I’ve learned how to come back to myself faster and faster each time.

And that changes everything.
