Kids Menu Revolution

The kids eat chickpeas since they were very young. I was seasoning some to make roasted one day and they started eating before I even put them in the oven!

I would suggest to season them before serving. They even ate them with honey and cinnamon 🤔

I honestly don’t have the right time and the right temperature, but it’s about 20 mins, or until crunchy and brown. You can add any seasoning and spices, my favorite is Cayenne pepper, paprika olive oil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Happy New Year! Happy New students, new recipes, new tools, new schools… same fun! My New Years resolution is to post more. Besides working at the school and having a business I am a full time mom of 2 soccer players, posting is not my priority but I will do my best to share the delicious food we will be making this semester. Maybe I will share a bit of my favorite things to eat and ideas for schools lunches, etc. I am working on a new project and another program, so bare with me, it will happen, slowly but surely. I hope you all had a fabulous Holiday Break and that 2024 be a year filled with joy and good food! The first class is always something simple but delicious, because we have to go over the curriculum a and getting our names on our new aprons, talking about class rules, etc. Did I hear today it was the first time someone eating this and loving it? Yes! #2024
