Meet Amanda, certified at Pilates Space Florida! 🌿 With a background in professional dance, Amanda brings a unique perspective to Pilates—helping dancers get stronger while teaching people of all ages and abilities to feel better in their bodies.

💡 Inspiration: Amanda became a Pilates teacher to help people move with ease and give her dance students a deeper understanding of their bodies.
🚶‍♀️ Outside the studio: She loves going on walks and taking dance classes.
🎭 Fun fact: Amanda went to school for dance and has performed with two South Florida dance companies.
💬 Advice she gives clients: “The days you don’t come to class, work on yourself at home—walk, ride a bike, or practice your Pilates.”
