Draymond Green was TRIPPIN with those comments last night 😂.

There’s a difference between confidence and rewriting history.
Charles Barkley at the END of his career was still putting up numbers Draymond has never touched offensively.

Draymond is an all-time defender, leader, and winner. No debate there.
But Chuck was an MVP-level talent who could carry an offense, dominate the glass, and be the #1 option. Even late in Houston he was still a problem.

Respect both legends… but the comparison got outta hand real quick 👀🏀

Do you train… or do you just repeat?

Repetition without repetition is where players actually grow. Same concept, different angles, different reads, different solutions.

Add the clock ⏱️ and now it’s game speed:
• No time to think
• You have to adapt
• Every rep feels different

With the dribble = creation
Without the dribble = preparation

Both matter. Because in games, you don’t get the same shot twice.

Train your players to adjust, not just repeat.

Do you play basketball… or WATCH-ball? 👀

Most players wait for the ball.
Great players CREATE without it.

You only have it 5% of the game…
but you control the other 95%.

That’s where separation happens.

Move with purpose.
Think the game.
Impact winning.

🏀 If your athlete stands and watches… this is for them.

Dirk didn’t just shoot… he mastered the details.

Every great shooter follows a checklist 🧠🏀
Not random. Not rushed. Repeatable.

If your shot feels inconsistent…
👉 it’s not talent, it’s your process.

Lock into this every rep:

• Fingers spread on the catch
• Load the wrist
• Eyes find the target
• Balance feet
• Elbow pointed at the basket
• Breathe in
• Elbow extends
• Follow through

Simple ≠ Easy. But it works.

Most players rush shots…
Great players build shots.
