Ta**ra is an ancient practice that I have woven with the latest science on how to amplify oxytocin (love, healing, connection, and org@sm hormone).

One of those ways are to ingest Cacao. We will begin our ta***ic practices with delicious 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 𝙎𝙤𝙡 | Ceremonial Cacao Cacao Ritual to open the heart and the fascia of the body, to clear and process trapped emotions, and free ourselves of our own self-limiting beliefs.
