The Bread of Life...Baking Mother June’s Banana Bread

Bella in the Kitchen teaching from the book of John sharing her mother’s banana bread recipe.
Today we will be looking at the verses from John 6:9, 6:11-13, 6:33. It is in these verses that Jesus, “The Bread of Life” brings hope and encouragement to those in need. June’s Banana Bread Recipe:
Mix dry Ingredients in mixing ball, put aside:
1 2/3 cup flour
1tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix following ingredients in Kitchen Aid Mixer:
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Sour cream
1tbsp. Coconut oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
3 or 4 ripe bananas depending on size
Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture gradually, till well blended. Add nuts.
Transfer into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until tester is clean.
