Turn One-Time Buyers Into Long-Term Relationships? Let's Create Transformation!

03/26/2026

We often work with leaders who have been successful for years and still find themselves more involved in the day-to-day than they would like.

One client had been in business for 18 years and reached a point where she felt frustrated.

Not because the business wasn’t working.

But because more of the business was still flowing through her than it should.

After working together, something shifted.

She shared,
“I now have a partner who brings ideas and helps guide my team. It’s taken me out of the day-to-day.”

She was able to step away for multiple weeks at a time, with the business continuing to move forward, and saw significant revenue growth, including a 174% increase.

That kind of growth doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from shifting how leadership, teams, and client relationships are aligned.

This is a pattern we see often as companies move into their next stage of growth.

This is the kind of shift we’ll be exploring in our upcoming Mastermind.

The Rhythm of Self-Respect 03/08/2026

On this International Women’s Day, I’ve been reflecting on a quieter form of power.
Self-respect.
Not the kind that comes from status or performance.
The kind that begins in the tone of our own inner voice.
How we pause.
How we speak to ourselves.
How we choose our own rhythm.
Today’s piece is called “The Rhythm of Self Respect.”

The Rhythm of Self-Respect Self Respect as Sacred Leadership Boundaries, coherence, and nervous system safety.

There comes a moment in many growing companies when things feel heavier than they need to be.

We know where we want our company to go. Yet decisions still route back to us. Too much of progress depends on our involvement.

Sometimes we secretly doubt our own ability to lead. We want to lead with grace and ease. We want a Client Wow experience. We want efficiency and effectiveness within operations, yet often times our teams haven’t been trained enough on how to do this.

When vision and shared values are not consistently communicated, teams hesitate. Productive conflict softens. Delegation feels risky. Some team members quietly wonder what their future looks like inside the company and quietly quit.

Decision bottlenecks and limited delegation eventually stall scalability.

Enrollment changes everything.

When our vision is inspiring and clearly tied to shared values, people lean in. They engage offering ideas before we even ask. Before our clients ask. They grow. They make aligned decisions without waiting for direction. But first we grow. Leader’s go first.

Clarity at every level means we need to align.

Alignment starts with self-awareness and is the foundation for how your leadership shows up in your organization and, more importantly, our world. It includes your messaging and the way you communicate with others.

Alignment creates action.

If this resonates, take our Founder’s Trap Assessment to identify the patterns that may be limiting your growth, influence, and leadership capacity. http://bit.ly/4udMT0A

You don’t have to be a Founder to be in the Founder’s Trap. This can happen within any size company and in any industry. So take our assessment. It will help.

It takes less than 5 minutes, and you’ll receive a report back in your inbox right away. You’ll even have a chance to talk to one of our business coaches about your report to turn your “uh-oh” into an “Ah-ha”.
