Most of you who know me will recognize this . For those who don’t . This was a typical class size for my first fitness studio venture DIRT Fitness. This wonderful creation changed thousands of peoples lives and will forever hold a huge part in my heart .
Success in any business or simply in life requires dedication , tenacity and creativity.
DIRT Fitness had all those components .
The road to success was not an easy journey. It started as a small group of clients out of the back of a personal training studio .
Within 6 months we outgrew the space which led to the opening of my first studio .
The client base grew exponentially through word of mouth which eventually required a larger studio !
Then a second and third location .
The rest is history . A story that I take pride in .
Changing thousands of people’s lives is food for the soul .
Yes there were struggles and strifes.
I wish I could say my Bachelors in Business degree held all the answers . But it was my “boots on the ground “ and time in the trenches “ that made this business the 10 yr success that it was .
My passion for fitness and wellness always burns strong . It’s a fire in my whole being . A definitive part of who I am .
I take pride in every aspect of helping others in all aspects of wellness .
With hard work and positive energy I can continue to help people live their best lives .
I found my calling long ago and will continue to stay in forefront of studying the newest and most effective approach to stay on my mission
