A couple months ago, I registered for a bodybuilding competition to force myself to exercise and eat properly, because I just couldn't get myself to have healthy habits. Happy to report that the tactic worked, and that I'm actually sticking to the lifestyle! Next up for 2026, another Bodybuilding show, a Hyrox, and maaaybe Crossfit! Let's put ourselves out there, we've got nothing to lose, and nothing to fear! 💪🏽
