If you’re like the average Joe or Jane out there… you typically wait for motivation to fall on your lap
Cut that s**t out
Because when it finally arrives (who knows how long that will take)…
It’s short lived
Motivation leaves and thus sticking to the plan ceases to exist
And where does that leave you? Right back where you were… if not worse
Do you think you’ll be able to transform into the body of your dreams while simultaneously juggling your family, business and social life… just relying on motivation? Think again my friend
It ain’t gunna happen
What will aid this process, however, is…
DISCIPLINE
Discipline will bring you sustainable and guaranteed results time and time again
Feeling tired? Lazy? Unmotivated?
Cool. Doesn’t matter. Discipline will have you do it anyway, reap the benefits, avoid feeling like s**t about yourself and allow you to make consistent progress through time
Who doesn’t want that?
Ever meet someone who is constantly “go, go, go”, crushes life, looks amazing and oozes confidence?
Yea… that person has lots of discipline
They simply show up and don’t let their feelings get in the way of the data
DATA > EMOTIONS all day every day
If this is something you struggle with, don’t worry
You’re not alone. Most people don’t have the willpower to apply this principle
The good thing is, I’m here to help
In the Executive Fitness Accelerator this is exactly what I help my clients do
I give them the tools and guidance they need to change themselves inside and out… so that in a few months time you will be on autopilot just like my other success stories
I’ll give you the plan and hold you accountable
That’s how I most my clients into the savages they are

As a CEO, you might be wondering when is OPTIMAL to fit in your workout.
This is a question I’ve gotten countless time, and depending on who you ask, you might get a bunch of different answers.
And in the age of information that we’re in… a quick google search will probably leave you with more answers than you can sift through.
Pros and cons of technology and information.
Luckily for you - you have an expert coach at your disposal 😎
My answer, as with most health, fitness and performance concepts, is that “it depends”.
It depends on several different factors that you’ll need to identify, and then you can make the best decision for yourself going forward.
I just took on a CEO client last week, and on our on-boarding call we got into the weeds with her schedule and fine tuned exactly how we would best be able to attack her goals and allow fitness and health to mold into her schedule.
You don’t want to attempt shoving a circle peg through a square hole.
In her case, mornings will be OPTIMAL. She’s going to get it out of the way early, have great energy through the day, and start the day by focusing on herself so that the rest of the day she can focus on her business and her family.
These days, my OPTIMAL workout timing has skewed toward the tail end of the day. Morning and afternoon is for clients, building the business, and taking care of errands.
Once that’s all done, I can go all out in the gym, and relax with some good food after and wind down.
There’s no one set OPTIMAL way here, just as with most things in the health, fitness and performance space. We just need to ask the right questions, get the right answers, then make decisions based on the objective data we have collected.
When do you workout? What’s OPTIMAL to you?
Want to keep muscle and lose fat??? Listen up!
Training toward failure is the way to go, at least on a handful of sets per workout, in order to convey to the body that the goal is retaining muscle while losing fat
We need nutrition to be dialed in for this process to take effect, but if we do it properly, we’ll be able to chip away at our body fat and show off all that beefy muscle we’ve been building.
