Once the anchors have weakened the sheetrock, it usually requires moving the dispenser and patching the old holes…. But when the wall is wallpapered, it would leave a horrible unsightly reminder.
My way allows it to stay in the exact spot & the repair is stronger. The wood pulls forward when the dispenser mounting bracket is tightened.
It what MacGyver would do!
