Friday feels different when you know your people are okay.

This week someone on our team had a hard week outside of work. The kind that doesn't clock out at 5pm. The kind that follows you home and sits at the dinner table with you and shows up in your sleep.

And they still showed up here. They still brought their whole heart to the work. They still made every single one of us better just by being present.

That takes everything a person has. And we do not take it for granted. Not even a little bit.

This week's Friday Team Wins hit different.

One of us is just grateful her family is safe, after news out of Venezuela that put everything else in perspective. One of us cooked for four hours straight, three days in a row, running a school event on top of everything else. One of us is counting down to a massage that's been earned ten times over.

No sleep. Full hearts anyway.

That's the truth about a team that shows up — it's not always polished. Sometimes it's fumes, gratitude, and a medications reminder squeezed between tasks. We moved our bodies, we hit our deadlines, we kept our families close. That's a win in our book.
