There will always be fire drills that come up when guests are staying at your property. 🙃🔥
Especially on a Friday night when you’re going out to dinner or a movie.

As an Airbnb host, it’s important to have systems in place to either prevent these issues from occurring in the first place or allow you to be proactive in catching the issue so you can get it resolved asap.

And no matter the issue, it’s critical that you’re quick to respond and take action to resolve as soon as possible.

🤝Empathize with the guests and make it right!

✅Do what it takes - it’s your responsibility as the host.

An example of putting ourselves in the best position to resolve guest issues.

📱 Have smart technology in place that’ll help you monitor the temperature inside the property.

Smart thermostats as well as door and window sensors (some guests don’t realize a window was left open and we can point them to it instead of calling an AC company for an after-hours service call to fix a non-issue.

🛠️Also, make sure you have your filters changed regularly and your AC maintained by a professional at least twice a year.
