Delray Beach luxury real estate is leaning in favor of sellers.

One year ago there was over 11 months of supply. That was the beginning of a 12-month price adjustment phase. During this time, the number of sales rose. Sounds normal, right?

Now months of supply is 7 - almost at the entry point of an official Seller's Market. With less supply and lower prices, summer appears to be a strong selling market... or buying oppotunity.
