Allure Real Estate is looking for an energetic, organized, detailed oriented individual who is looking to add a stream of income as a part- time property manager. This is a remote position with a lot of autonomy and a lot of room to grow. Strongly preferred for the candidate to live in or close to West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, optimistic and have amazing customer service skills. This position would be ideal for a Realtor looking to have a stable side income stream while also being able to focus on the duties as Realtor. We can teach the candidate everything about property management as well as provide listing and buyer leads as part of our Real Estate Brokerage. Owners are looking to continue to grow and buy more real estate and apartments, providing the candidate further opportunities to earn commissions as a Realtor and add more monthly revenue as more apartments are added to the portfolio. Duties Include:
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Contact late tenants regarding their rent payments via phone / text
• Manage any maintenance requests via our CRM platform and coordinating with the vendors to make the repairs
• Report the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
• Deliver late rent letters and notices to vacate by posting 3 day notices
• Assist in the eviction process and follow policies for local municipalities in a timely manner
• Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
• Advertise vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed
• Inspecting exterior of properties once a week and arranging for repairs and new materials as required.
• Write up and execute new leases
• Navigate partnerships with governmental and rent-assistance programs
• Achieve high resident retention and leasing expectations
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects

Job Type: Part-time / Flexible / On Call
Pay: 5% of Monthly rents collected (currently on 33 units)
$500 bonus on each new tenant move in
Quarterly bonus based on 0% vacancy rates
