Fall is here! Living in Florida, I have been waiting for cooler weather and a chance to spend time outside. I am excited about getting my bike out and going camping with my family. As I started going through my calendar, my excitement started to become anxiety. Halloween is coming, then Thanksgiving and then the winter holidays. Dealing With grief I recently lost a client due to overdose. This grief is still very new, dealing with the death of a client from addiction.
