From a background in competitive soccer to a path rooted in presence, Julia’s journey into yoga began as a way to soften, open, and reconnect. What started at 19 as a personal practice quickly became something deeper, leading her into teaching, travel, and a lifelong exploration of self.

With over 650 hours of training across vinyasa, inversions, and Ayurvedic medicine, Julia brings both depth and intention to every class. Her teaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that yoga creates space for you to return to yourself.
