Reflection

As we approach Christmas, today calls you to return to the purity of heart Jesus spoke about.
A pure heart is not a perfect heart—it is a surrendered heart.
It is the heart that says: “Lord, remove what doesn’t belong, and fill me with what does.”

When your heart is clear, you see God’s hand in places you once missed.
You recognize His fingerprints in your challenges, His whispers in your silence,
and His presence in every step you take.

Steadfast faith grows in a heart that stays uncluttered, honest, and open to God’s shaping.
Let today be a day of cleansing, clarity, and renewed devotion.

Call to Action

Take 5 quiet minutes and ask Jesus:
“Show me anything in my heart that blocks Your peace.”
Release it.
Then thank Him for filling you with His light.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, create in me a pure heart today.
Remove the heaviness, the confusion, the fear, and anything that dims Your presence in me.
Fill me with Your peace, Your clarity, and Your steadfast love.
Guide my steps and make me ready for the glory of Your coming.
Amen.

The Gift of Joyful Anticipation

Reflection:
Halfway through our journey toward Christmas, let’s rekindle the joy that comes from expecting something holy. The world may rush in busyness, but our hearts are invited to rest in anticipation. True joy isn’t found in decorations, gifts, or lights—it’s born from the presence of Christ within us. Each day we draw nearer to celebrating His birth, we also prepare for His return in glory. Let your heart rejoice, not in what’s around you, but in Who is within you.

Pause today to smile with gratitude. Spread joy to one person—a word, a hug, or a simple “God bless you.” Be a spark of Christ’s light in someone’s life.
