I met the owner of this office building last week.

In a market where everyone keeps saying “office is dead,”
he told me something unexpected:

The building is thriving.

When he bought it, it was mostly vacant.

These spaces used to be forgettable.
Presentation rooms no one used.
Lobbies people walked through, not stayed in.

Instead of adding more offices, we added community.

Places to gather.
To recharge.
To actually want to come in.

The outdated office is.

People don’t come in for desks anymore.
