🧐If you look strictly at the recent month-over-month or year-over-year data for Union County, the raw numbers show a dip in closed units and sales volume. But in a boutique mountain market, a single snapshot out of context never tells the whole story.

The reality? The numbers are simply normalizing after a period of high-ticket outliers. Previous months saw a concentration of custom-built luxury closings—particularly those with majestic mountain views sitting right on the Fannin/Union border. When those major custom builds close, they artificially spike the volume. A return to our baseline pace can look like a drop on paper, but the actual market fundamentals are incredibly healthy.
