With that said, we are still here for all your storage needs! Our signs have been updated (aren’t they spiffy?!) but the phone number remains the same!

Hello Hideaway Tenants,

We hope this finds you in your best health. During this time and for the foreseeable future, we feel it’s best to operate our business by phone until further notice.
Many of our tenants are elderly and we want to take every precaution to keep you all, and our own families, safe and well during this time.

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24th, we ask that you drop payments by check into the payment box as usual, they will still be processed daily as they are received. We have provided envelopes for your convenience.

We are still reachable at 540-977-6600 Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and for emergency only, at the same number for any after-hour help you may need. Hideaways policies about entering your unit WILL NOT change-we are only modifying office hours to go by phone.

Again, we want nothing but to keep you all as healthy as possible. Thank you for understanding and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
