I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and came into woodworking as a means to help myself recover from PTSD. I make Native American style flutes, which I thoroughly enjoy playing, and enjoy creating various wood art pieces and decorative household items. Black Walnut and Maple Burl Bowl, hand-turned on a lathe and painstakingly shaped to feature soft gliding curves that accentuates the striking grain of the walnut wood and outstanding figure of the burl ring.
