When you come for your first visit we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. IF we come to you (we make HOUSE CALLS-see information below), we also have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. If you want a consultation, exam, or x-rays, you would need to make an appointment at our office. CONSULTATION
Once the paperwork has been completed, Dr. Grant will consult with you to discuss your health-related problems and concerns. Any previous medical records including x-rays, MRI’s, lab tests, etc. HISTORY & EXAM
In order to determine the nature of your problem, Dr. Grant will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, he will perform a number of specialized tests to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent. X-RAY Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. TREATMENT
Your first treatment will be scheduled within 1-2 days of your initial evaluation. Dr. Grant will need time to study your examination and x-ray findings, and then develop a treatment plan especially for you. SECOND VISIT
When you come back on your second visit Dr. Grant will go over your x-ray findings with you and give you your “Test Adjustment”. This may also include physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. THIRD VISIT
On your third visit Dr. Grant will give you a type written report relating your findings from your initial evaluation. At this time you will be given a care plan and discuss any financial questions with the front desk.
