We serve clients of all markets from Multi-Family and Custom Residential, Corporations, Educational K-12 and Universities, Financial, Parking Garages, Healthcare, New design projects as well as additions and Interior Design Services.

New GOODSPEED ARCHITECTS Residential Design nearing completion in Blairsville’s, GA.
The 4,500SF Project is a three-story structure with 5-Bedrooms, a library, Study, and Playroom. Also has group living spaces in the Basement and First Floor Levels, 3-exterior decks, and in ground swimming pool. The project site is located on Lake Nottely.

GOODSPEED ARCHITECTS has been awarded a new commission to design a replacement Church facility for Grace PCA Presbyterian Church in Blairsville, GA. The church will be moving to a new site close by due to planned HWY 515 construction widening. Construction is currently planned to start Spring 2020.
