We love to share our "before and after" photos of projects that undergo such an amazing transformations. One of our specialties is renovation and expansion work including total house redo to interior gutting and redesign from the walls, ceiling and details through the interior furnishing and decoration.

Our studio gets the question all the time whether to tear a building or house down and start from ground up or renovate what is there. This project is a great example where our client decided to keep what was there and rebuild. This was done on a shoestring budget with the goal to get the most bang for the buck! Sometimes that poses a more challenging design exercise for our team, but in this case the result was so successful. This shed roofed, dilapidated building is now a really cute studio rental in downtown Dahlonega, Ga.
