A little bathroom update from last week. The customer gave me a budget, a little guidance, and a lot of freedom to make this bathroom better. Couldn't redo the flooring or paint the vanity... but replaced the faucet, vent fan, switches, curtain rod, light fixture.. Painted over the existing semigloss ceiling paint with some flat white paint (don't use semigloss paint on the ceiling.) Flooring details were a mess, so we redid the trim to cover those up.... removed the pieces of trim on the wall, patched the texture, and changed the color of the wall. A few other little updates as well to make this bathroom more functional and look better. Labor cost was low, and the bathroom looks great.

More doors.

Another day at the office. Removed the doors and trim on one side of the house. Now I'm installing the new prehungs and new trim.
