Mercier Orchards

Starting out as a humble roadside stand selling only apples, we are now one of the most popular agrotourism destinations in the south. We are a 4th generation family & veteran-owned and operated apple orchard founded back in 1943 by Bill and Adele Mercier. Be sure to pick up some delicious fruit, fresh baked goods, cider, and specialty items from the market when you visit.

Today is World Hunger Day, and we are incredibly proud to share a partnership that is very close to our hearts. 🍎🎒

We’ve teamed up with the amazing folks at to help ensure the kids in our community have access to fresh, nutritious food. Thanks to this partnership, we’ve been able to donate 324 bushels of apples, helping to serve 650 children weekly!

No child should have to worry about where their next meal comes from. We are so grateful for the work this organization does every single day, and we are honored to play a small part in rooting out hunger in our community.
