Inspired by the "picole" sellers in his native country of Brazil, Iuri Santos and his family decided that Bloomington Indiana needed a gourmet Ice Pop cart. We buy organic and local ingredients when possible (just ask about a specific pop if you'd like to know for certain) and we never use artificial colors or additives.
