Punkfest was created in Bloomington, IL in 2009 by Jerm Plue to become a celebration of Midwest punk rock and rock"n"roll. Punkfest serves to promote up and coming bands and to also help form a community by which these bands can help each other get places they might not reach through traditional avenues. Brett Conlin is definitely no stranger to Midwest Punkfest, and this time he'll be appearing with his band, Brett Conlin & The Midnight Miles! They're coming off a tour just last month, and still riding a new EP. Catch them Sunday of MWPF12 on the outside stage at nightshop, and maybe hire Brett to cut yr hair (Lone Wolf Barber Co.)!
