This is a Warburton H - B.O.M. (Bottle Opener Mouthpiece) which looks to be a 6sv top and a 7 backbore from warburton - not too far off from my Marcinkiewicz e14 shew 1 w/ 1/8” (30.5?) throat, figured I’d have some fun with it.
