As an Installer Technician, you help us respond to our Customers request for service. You will provide Installation services for schedule projects to be completed. Coordinate with contractors, equipment rentals and distribution partners to ensure projects run smoothly.

As a Help Desk Technician, you help us respond to our Customers request for service. You will provide initial triage and help schedule a technicians to service clients. Additionally schedule projects to be completed. Coordinate with contractors, equipment rentals and distribution partners to ensure projects run smoothly.

Looking for candidates that have experience working at an IT helpdesk

Ideal candidates have or are current working towards a technical degree or certifications such as the Network+, A+ or CCNA.
