Feral Cat Friends

p, Neuter, Return (TNR). They began the program in a few trailer parks where animal control officers received many cat complaints. and registered with the State of Indiana. On September 30, 2005, they received 501(c)3 status. In January, 2007 Bloomington City Council approved an agreement between Bloomington Animal Care and Control and Feral Cat Friends, Inc. to implement Trap-Neuter-Return. From 600 feral cats euthanized in 2003, Feral Cat Friends, Inc. and Animal Care and Control has reduced the feral cat euthanasia rate to ZERO in 2016!
