This home holds so many special memories for their family. It’s where they brought each of their children home, celebrated milestones, and built a lifetime of moments they’ll never forget. While saying goodbye is especially tough for the kids right now, the memories made here will always stay with them—and before they know it, they’ll be creating new ones in their next home.

There’s been a lot of talk lately about Zillow and listing visibility, so I wanted to break it down in simple terms for buyers and sellers. 🏡

When a home is listed for sale, real estate agents upload it into a private database that agents use to share listings with each other. Websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. normally pull listings from that database and display them publicly.

Right now, there’s ongoing conflict between Zillow and some real estate listing systems, which could potentially affect how quickly certain homes appear on Zillow — or whether they appear there at all.

That’s why it’s important not to rely on just one app when searching for a home.
