Sychar, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Bloomfield, NM.

Requirements:
• Experience in construction estimating and project management (civil, utilities, electrical, or related fields preferred)
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts across multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure, utilities, or heavy civil construction
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. You will balance estimating accuracy with effective project management, overseeing projects from the initial bid through final completion. We need a professional who can lead diverse construction operations—from underground utilities to municipal infrastructure—while ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
