It's -2 with a feels like temp of -12 as I fed horses tonight after church. They sang Silent Night at church and it really is a 'silent night' outside. Quite peaceful. That old North Dakota saying "It's not so bad if it's not windy" is really true! 😁

We have been so thankful for a beautiful, long fall! The kids were able to come out for a Thanksgiving event last week. We enjoyed some grooming, riding, and thinking about what we are thankful for, and who we are thankful to. We also got a little cookie making in at the end. (No pictures as my hands were to sticky!)

It is amazing how fall is hanging on! Our plants haven't frozen yet and the yard is still so green. I think the horses have appreciated that the flies are starting to go away though!

What a wonderful, caring, and committed group of volunteers we had this year helping to mentor kids at the ranch! We truly could not do it without all of their support!
