Yes this beam needed replacing

This fireplace was selected by the owner.
The marble panels were to fit the gas fireplace but did not really fit as they should.
We figured it out where to trim the center joint to get the best fit so far as matching the marble curve to the fireplace curve. No instructions on this one. We just figured it out. Experience pays off in this case. CALl me if you need my experience in your home remodeling project
