Do you have a hard time seeing at night even with new headlight bulbs?

This Subaru had pretty uninspiring light output at night making it not very confidence inspiring to drive at night.

Even with new bulbs if the lenses have alot of haze built up the light just can't get out.

Replacing the headlights would get the best results. New housings can be very expensive and also require alot of labor to install.

To breathe a little more life back into these, I sanded and buffed these back to something alot more usable.
