Some before and afters of a house originally built in 1912.

Full exterior renovation done here in New Town, ND.

Work entailed windows, doors, siding, sheathing, insulation, fixing of some framing of a bowed roof, asbestos removal, mold remediation, installation of two egress windows, waterproofing of basement, and all the new and updated trim and fascia.

Nearly wrapping up with the basement waterproofing and it’s on to the next job.

We will be coming back this fall time to make the basement a nice livable area to make this house a home.

Here’s a full composite deck build we’re just now completing. Slate gray picture frame style. Slate gray cladding. Black metal vertical cable handrail system.

Always love doing decks and couldn’t have been blessed with better weather.
