Valton Johnson and Ephesus Academy thank you!! I Catered the first Alumni Academy meet and greet it was amazing seeing everyone!! VEGE CHIC SALAD. SLIDERS, FRUIT,CHEESE,& VEGE TRAY, STUFFED EGGS, SPINACH QUESO DIP& TORTILLA CHIPSTV, CUPCAKES, & SPARKLING LEMONADE .

A big thank you to Shamika Clasberry and Jan Vines for reaching out to me to cater this milestone event Shamika's 50th Birthday Celebration!!! WE prepared Spinach & Feta pasta salad,chicken sliders,turkey sliders with my special herb mayo and cheese,grilled chicken skewers with honey mustard,bbq,and housemade ranch sauces, bacon deviled eggs,deviled eggs,spinach dip with a variety of crackers, beef Swedish meatballs, a charcuterie tray of blanched broccoli & carrots, cumcumbers,green olives,black olives variety of cheese cubes,red,green,and black grapes,cantaloupe, pineapple chunks,strawberries, pineapple tea,and fruit punch. This special event was held at the Harambe Room downtown a beautiful african history filled event forum. It is always a pleasure to work for repeat clientele and friends. Things are soaring for Another Level Catering !
