-5 minutes cardio

1.(10-15)Weighted Band Pushups
1.(15-20)Knee tuck crunches
2.(5-10)Superman pushups or (10-25)Regular PUs
2.(12-15) Front Raises w/ band
3.(8-12)Wide Pushups (3 sec down and up)
3.(12-15)Side raises
4.(10-15)Tricep extensions
4.(10-20)Plank jacks
Legacy.
A lot of times, we get so distracted with making a living that we forget to actually pay attention to the people closest to us. I’m definitely guilty of this🤚🏽 However, it’s never too late to adjust your priorities.
My son has been asking me constantly about going to the gym and I usually laugh it off thinking “what could he actually do in the gym 🤔 “ Recently, I took the time to ask him why and he went on to say “ well dad, I’ve been trying really hard to get some abs so I figured if I worked out with you then I’ll get some.” Before this, I’ve never seen him serious about something or somewhat having a goal for himself besides how to finesse us into him playing video games. So I decided to see how far this would go and the funny thing is that every time I walk into the , he follows behind me and says what are we doing today.
It’s amazing to me that what you chose to do every day can directly impact those who are closely paying attention to you.
What currently has your attention? Is there anything else that deserves more orders your attention?

Self Improvement 👏🏽 Doesn’t matter what area of your life that you choose just make sure it’s not in the same state as it was yesterday! You only stop growing when you become lazy or think you know everything already, which will get you left behind. Just remember everyday we all have a choice to move a step forward towards a better version of yourself.
