What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Technical Expertise: Cable termination, cable baskets, Network Rack Dressing, RF systems, network diagnostics, reading blueprints, installing j-hooks, cable management,
✔️ Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
✔️ Communication: Clear verbal/written skills for client and team interactions.
✔️ Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, and in varied environments.
✔️ Valid driver’s license (travel to client sites may be required).
What You’ll Do:
✅ Install, troubleshoot, and repair telecom equipment (e.g., fiber optics, VoIP, PBX systems).
✅ Perform network testing, signal analysis, and system upgrades.
✅ Collaborate with engineers and clients to resolve technical issues.
✅ Document work orders, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
✅ Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies.
