Capstand (Capital Standards) Council for Policy and Ethics had its start in 2010 as a volunteer organization operating under the Crosswinds Foundation. It grew out of a recognition that:
(1) Americans were more and more being drawn together on the basis of our common heritage and experience, rather than poltical affiliation or party allegiance, and

We're set up and ready to go for tonight at the Heroic Deeds Responders in Faith Conference in Miamisburg, OH. We'll be doing two workshops tomorrow. This conference is for First Responders so it's a terrific opportunity for us to take all we have learned about military trauma and apply it to helping the first responders community.
