To the municipal building inspector that called me today to question my credentials, qualifications and my report for a residential new construction home: First, I’ve never had such a phone call from someone that is suppose to be a professional. Second, you should NOT even have my report.
I assume from you calling me you were embarrassed and intimidated because you missed stuff. We should both be trying to make sure the buyer is getting a quality house for their hard earned money. I don’t work for the city or county, I work for my client. Besides it’s 2024 and not 2014 from things you were quoting. My rant is over!
