Job Title: Independent Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Birmingham & Decatur, AL
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individuals to join our team in the Birmingham and Decatur areas. This is a full-time opportunity offering a base salary plus uncapped commission, with excellent growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
-Sell a range of insurance products & carriers to meet customer needs
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients
-Follow up on leads and referrals promptly
-Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:
-P&C Insurance license highly preferred, Life&Health is a bonus
-Prior sales or insurance industry experience strongly preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
