I have been thanking the Lord and BRL Properties on a regular basis since closing a real estate sale with Mr. Brett Burnett. I had been contacted by several investors to buy my property; neither contract resulted in a sale. When contacted by Mr. Burnett, I had reservations based on my past experiences. He was the only local company that contacted me - the others were larger, national companies that wanted to offer incredibly low amounts, to which I did not agree. After meeting with Mr. Burnett, I could sense that he was honest, but did not readily sign a contract to sell.

There was never any underhanded work that I detected. I was relieved of a big financial commitment because I maintained the sale property for 12 years after purchasing another home 40 minutes away.
