Butterfly Bloom

Life has been throwing me some curveballs over the last several months, and my mental health has made this season especially challenging and as you guys know, I am very open about mental health. Because of that, I’ve had to step away from something that brings me so much joy—creating with flowers.

It’s been hard, but I’m happy to say I’m slowly finding my way back. 🌸 One arrangement at a time, I’m rediscovering the creativity and happiness that flowers have always given me.

I wanted to share a few of the arrangements I’ve created recently. They may not be perfect, but each one represents healing, growth, and taking steps forward.
