The first sip of the Monte Rossini has a funny way of making whatever you were just stressed about feel remarkably insignificant.
We built this glass on deliberate, uplifting contrasts: the dark, herbal weight of Montenegro pulled sharply out of its comfort zone by bright lemon and a tart strawberry shrub. The sugar rim is just the opening argument for a drink that feels less like a cocktail and more like a highly effective, beautifully lit exhale.
Start your week off with a little spritz in your step.

One thing you’ll notice upon your return to Forest is our expanded pasta program. We now feature eight fresh, housemade pastas to choose from Monday thru Saturday, including this classic Spaghetti con Vongole with green garlic and Aleppo chili. Come enjoy with a glass of Chablis.
