Our latest Kingscrowd analysis found that the median revenue multiple for equity crowdfunding companies reached 20.5x between June 2025 and June 2026.

But there’s a more encouraging signal: companies with more than $1M in annual revenue had a median multiple of just 8.4x.

That means investors may still find more reasonable pricing among companies with real traction.
